Yard Space collaborates with The Kochi Kitchen tonight

Baz & Fred’s Yard Space has announced a one-night-only collaboration with renowned chef Archie Clark and The Kochi Kitchen tonight (April 1) at Cirencester’s Old Gore Barn.

With an ethos centred around using the best British produce and field-to-fork cooking, Archie uses traditional Indian techniques and flavours to create truly unique, mouthwatering dishes.

Archie will be firing up the BBQ and serving a menu of low and slow dishes with seasonal sides and bespoke cocktails.

Highlights from the £60 set menu include wood-fired cauliflower, walnut romesco, caper chimichurri and toasted seeds; BBQ chicken with a cashew cream and tamarind sauce, spring greens and pickled radish; baked mushroom biryani and crispy onion salad; and spiced rhubarb, cinnamon and ginger pudding with vanilla crème fraiche and oat crumble to finish.
