Tune in to two new shows

Corinium Radio is all set to launch two brand new shows during October.

One of the shows is called Limelight and the other North of the Border.

This show, presented by Malcolm Lewis, takes you on a trip down memory lane to the 1950s and earlier. The programmes feature a mixture of music from the classic musicals of the period, nostalgic theme tunes from the early days of radio and TV, and music from bygone artists from the days before rock and roll.  Transmission for Limelight, is the 3rd and 1st Mondays of the Month at 3-30pm starting 19th October 2020. The show will have a repeat on Wednesdays at 6-30pm plus you can find it on our Listen Again service.

North of the Border

This monthly show is presented by Alex Nisbet. It features chart hits from musicians who all have one thing in common- they were born in Scotland. You will find artists from Aztec Camera to Wet, Wet, Wet and from Jethro Tull’s Ian Anderson to AC/DC’s Angus and Malcolm Young. Later in the series there will be some genre specific shows for fans of classical and folk music, as a well as a Caledonia special.  The show goes out monthly starting Tuesday 20th October at 9pm, with a repeat on Saturdays at 1pm plus Listen Again.
