Town’s Open Air Pool Splashes Back To Life

Cirencester is back in the swim of things.

The town’s open air swimming pool is now up and running again.

And the historic pool’s reopening is bringing its own special splash of colour to the Cotswolds.

Visits can enjoy newly built flower-filled planters as well as a dip in the pool.

Volunteers recently gave up their time to fill the new planters with a glorious array of flowers and plants.

The pool originally opened in 1869 and is fed by natural spring water, which is heated to an average of 27 degrees C.
