Cirencester Town Football Club (Cirencester Town FC) secured a 3–1 home victory against Plymouth Parkway football club on April 9.

The match was played in front a huge home crowd and brought Plymouth’s longstanding victory streak to an end.

The match started very quickly for Cirencester, with Joe Shepard scoring the first goal at four minutes into the game.

A second-half free kick by the visitors into the top right corner levelled the scores.

With the visitors continuing to pile on the pressure for the home team, Cirencester remained resolute.

With the match nearing its end, Cirencester counted with Levi Irving finishing inside the right post to regain the lead.

This was consolidated three minutes later with a glancing header by Irving, securing the three points for Cirencester Town FC.
