Sheer Isolation Podcast – Tracy Sullivan (Open Minds Mental Health) (09/05/21)

The past year has highlighted the need for mental health awareness across all sectors from big business to individuals. On this week’s Sheer Isolation we’re joined by Tracy Sullivan from Open Minds Mental Health. She offers accessible training that helps us understand and better communicate with people who are struggling with depression and anxiety.

As we start to socialise again post-lockdown and get ready for live events to begin in a few weeks time, concerns about anxiety and mixing are high on a lot of people’s minds. Before starting this worthy cause, Tracy was behind the creation of Trowbridge Arts Centre.

Also in this week’s show, Kieran announces exciting live music news with local gigs for Frank Turner and Salem, featuring Creeper frontman Will Gould. Our tracks include the latest release from Salem in preparation for their UK tour, and Tracy picks a track from Bradford-on-Avon (now Brighton) four piece, Hum Fuzz.
